Selecting your start-times

We offer you a 5 % reduction on all courses (except Bendinat, Canyamel, Poniente and Pula). On these courses we charge a booking fee of 3,00 Euros per person.

Before you select a course, please check the handicpap requirements of the course (see "Price-List"). List also the handicap of all fellow players in the mens/ladies handicap list. Finally, select the date, prefered start-time and number of players. Under "comments" you can also list if any of the players are juniors.

Bookings are only for 18 hole rounds.

Minimum booking: at least 3 start-times

For groups (8 players or more) please contact us personally.

On some courses certain times are only reserved for members or hotel guests. We will try of course to reserve the nearest possible start-time to your requested time.

Due to possible flight problems, tee times should not be booked on the day of arrival or departure. Should you book and not tourn up for this reason there will be no refund.

In high season the courses try to condense all players into four balls. 5 players would be split to a 3 and 2 ball. Whereas 6 players split to a four and 2 ball.

Confirmation of Start-times and Distribution of Vouchers

After sending the booking formular over the Internet you will receive the start-time confirmation (bill and voucher) within 48 hours. To confirm the start-times as booked we require the signed bill to be returned. Return the bill within 24 hours to enable us to inform the golf-clubs.

Please keep a copy of all vouchers to be handed in at the golf club on arrival.

Payment

Early payment is necessary in order for us to guarantee the clubs payment. The amount shown on the bill can be paid into our German or Spanish account. Please note that international transactions extra costs which are to be paid by the customer.

In the case of short term bookings (20 days before the playing date) we will accept credit card payment (Visa, Eurocard, American Express, Diners Club). We would then require:

- type of card
- card numbe
- expiry date
- name of card holder
- adress.

Send us the above details by fax, prefereably together with the completed bill. We recommend not to send us credit card details by e-mail.

Payment into our account must be 21 days prior to the 1st start-time. In the case of large groups of golfers contact us personally.

Should no payment be made 21 days prior to the start-time, all bookings will be cancelled without furhter notice.

Cancellations or changes

Your are allways within your rights to cancel the reservations vefore the given date. Should you cancel, we will charge a nominat fee to cover our costs and charges.

For cancellations up to 21 days before the first start-time we refund in full. A booking fee of 20,00 Euros per person will be charged.

Cancellations within 20 days of the first start-time: 100% cancellation fee.

For changes to confirmded start- times up to 21 days before the first start-time we will charge a changing fee of 20,00 Euros per person.

Changes to confirmed start-times within 20 days ot the first start-time are treated as cancellations and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Please note

At most golf clubs the rules of dress are strictly controlled. Please note: T-shirts must have collars and no jeans are allowed, shorts must be tailored , no beach shorts allowed.

Please remember your hcp-certificate.

Not turning up for your time, not adhering to the dress code, not meeting handicap requirements or other reasons sprcified by the folfclub, no refund will be made.

Holiday insurance

A cancellation insurance is not included in the price. We recommend you take out such an insurance. Cancelling due to ill-health whilst already on holiday can be covered by "holiday guarantee-insurance". The most well-known here is "ELVIA".
